We ship all items in a deluxe jewelry box.  We will add a personalized gift-card per your request.  This service is complimentary.

Our Shipping Policy:

Most orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks of receiving the order.  We ship via U.S. Mail, UPS and FedEx.  Alaska and Hawaii by U.S. mail exclusively. A fee of $10.00 per item includes shipping / handling and insurance will be added.

Our Mail Order Policy:

Major credit cards-Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.  We will not ship C.O.D.

Our prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuation in the price of precious metals.

All items (except custom orders) have a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee or may be exchanged for another item as long as each item is returned in the same condition as when shipped.  Refunds will be made to the purchaser only.  Gift recipients may exchange for another item.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
